Commerzbanker is Commerzbank's employee magazine. In the media mix of internal communication, it complements the intranet, which mainly provides readers with the latest information. It is primarily aimed at all active employees, as well as colleagues on parental leave and maternity leave, attending training courses, on sabbaticals, etc. and at pensioners. In addition to this, it provides those interested with insights into what happens within the company. Commerzbanker contains a key topic that provides background information and orientation on matters of core strategic importance to the bank. However, the overall focus is always on the employees. The magazine provides a platform for internal dialogue and constructive criticism. It is published four times a year in German and in English as a print edition, a Flash-animated e-paper on the intranet and as an app.
